Domestic Orders ( United States, U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO)
Shipment processing times
We do our best to fulfill your order as quick as possible. Most domestic orders are processed, packed and leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. We rely on the USPS & UPS as our 2 main carriers. Most orders usually arrive at their destination within 1-6 days however we offer quicker options which are available at checkout. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS.
Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-3 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation via text/email. If there is anything wrong or incorrect about your order, please message our live-chat so we may correct your order.
Once the carrier receives and processes your package. You will receive a following email/text confirmation with your package tracking. You will also receive more notifications with an estimated delivery date and when your package has been delivered.
International Orders

We rely on the DHL & UPS as our 2 main international carriers. Most orders usually arrive at their destination within 1-12 days however we offer quicker options which are available at checkout.
Duty and Shipping: Most international orders are NOT subject to Customs Duty and Tax. However regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

Damages
1 ØAK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
