Can I customize my order ?
Absolutely ! Our Special Request Team ( SRT ) is a group of designers, manufacturers and customer relationship managers that help you get exactly what you want. Whether you'd like to get a jewelry set gem encrusted or you'd like a bracelet engraved, feel free to contact our SRT by messaging our live chat. Some examples of things we do are:

Is International Orders Ship For Free
We do offer free standard international shipping on orders 50 USD +
Where is my order coming from?
All orders are received & fulfilled from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.
Do I have to pay tax on my order ?
We know taxes are annoying so we try our HARDEST to keep our prices as low as we can. Given this, we Do Not charge tax in 49 U.S States, including its territories. We also Do not charge tax on International orders everywhere we ship!
Our Packaging
We usually ship out your package in a discrete box or thick mailer made to protect your jewelry. Inside you will find your jewelry wrapped with recycled packing paper for extra protection.
What happens if my jewelry arrives damaged or with defects?
If your package is severely delays, arrived damaged or tampered with or does not arrive at all, please email us at info@1oaks.com so that we can look into the issue and help.
Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Yes, once your order is shipped you should be receiving email and or text notifications with the status of your order. We primarily use UPS, USPS & DHL as our primary carrier partners.
Is my payment information secure when making a purchase on your website?
Your transactions are always SSL encrypted at Level 1 PCI DSS and we never save or share your payment information to ensure you payment methods stay safe and free from exposure.
How Do I Determine My Size?

Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging options?
We include complimentary gift packaging with every order, however if your order consists of multiple items and would like them individually packed, please ensure to add gift packaging to your order here
Can I change, cancel or modify an order after I place it ?
Of course you may! Just please send us a message on our live chat so that we can modify your order to your specifications. For cancellations we ask you to message us within 30 minutes via live chat.
Can I request necklace, anklet or chain bracelet be adjusted to a specific size?
Absolutely! Just please leave your specific size on the order notes box located on the "cart" page or contact our live-chat support with your order number so they may add the specifications to your order notes.
Do you ever lower prices?
We do NOT lower prices. We price all our items to be affordable for all jewelry lovers and therefore do not lower prices, however, we do offer discounts year round on order basis.
How long does shipping take ?
Domestic orders (USA) - Domestic orders are fulfilled by us within 24 hours, & free shipping usually takes 1-7 business days to be delivered to you.
International Orders - International orders are fulfilled by us within 24 hours, & typically take 1-12 business days to be delivered to you depending on the country & territory.
Duty and shipping: Occasionally international orders are subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addresses packages will ship via USPS.
What is shipping insurance and am I required to insure my order?
Although we offer to insure your package for $1, no, we do not require you to insure your package. However for orders $30+, we highly recommend you do as shipping carriers sometimes lose, mishandle, or delay packages, especially during the busy holiday season. By insuring your package, you ensure that no matter what happens to your package (stolen, damaged, lost) you will receive a new replacement.
Will my jewelry fade, Change colors or chip or cause an allergic reaction?
The vast majority of our pieces are made from high quality Premium 316L SURGICAL STEEL, which is the same metal used for surgical tools in hospitals. It is then carefully overlaid in gold and polished to a beautiful finish. The vast majority of our pieces are lead-free, making them safe for people with metal allergies or sensitive skin.
