Domestic Orders (United States, U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO)

Shipment Processing Times: We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Most domestic orders are processed, packed, and sent from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. We rely on USPS & UPS as our main carriers. While most orders arrive within 1-6 days, faster shipping options are available at checkout. All APO/FPO addressed packages will be shipped via USPS.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once we get your order, you'll receive a confirmation via text/email. If there's anything wrong with your order, please message our live-chat so we can fix it. Once the carrier receives and processes your package, you'll get another email/text with your package tracking. We'll also send you notifications with an estimated delivery date and when your package is delivered.

Delays: If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by 1-3 days. Please allow extra time for delivery. If there's a significant delay in shipping your order, we'll contact you via email or telephone.

International Orders

Shipment Processing Times: We do our best to fulfill international orders quickly too. Most are processed, packed, and leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days. We rely on DHL & UPS as our main international carriers. While most orders arrive within 1-12 days, faster options are available at checkout.

Duty and Shipping: Most international orders aren't subject to Customs Duty and Tax. However, regulations set by the designated country are the customer's responsibility. You can contact your local customs office for details.

Order Confirmation & Tracking: After we receive your order, you'll get a confirmation via text/email. If there's an issue with your order, please message our live chat so we can fix it. Once the carrier receives and processes your package, you'll receive another email/text with your package tracking. You'll also get more notifications with an estimated delivery date and when your package arrives.

Damages: 1 ØAK is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
