If for some reason your piece does not fit or you'd simply like to exchange it for a different finish or style, message our livechat or please email us at at info@1oaks.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we would be more than happy to help facilitate your exchange. 

 The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Personalized Items
  • Broken/Damaged Items
  • Custom Made Items  

 

Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your 1 Øak purchase. If you are not, please contact us via email within 14 days. Please include your order number and your reason for return. We will gladly accept the return of items that are unused and unaltered new condition. Please note, we will not accept any return under any circumstance if we are not contacted prior to the return.
