Simple Return/Exchange Policy

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Here's how our return/exchange policy works:

 

How Long You Have: You have 14 days from the day you bought your item to decide if you want to keep it or return it. If 14 days have passed, please contact us via email at info@1oaks.com and we would be happy to help you with your order.

 

What You Need To Do: To return or exchange an item, email us at info@1oaks.com within the 14 day time frame. Please include your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. If you are exchanging something please let us know what you'd like. If there was something wrong with your item please let us know as well.

 

Sending The Items Back: Once we review your return/exchange request, we will send you return instructions and have you send back your item, once we receive it, we'll take a look at it to make sure it's still in new condition and issue you a refund for the items to your original payment method or send out a new package with your new items. Please note that we will not accept any returned packages if we are not contacted prior to the items being sent back.

 

What You Can't Return: Please note we cannot accept returns on the following items

  • Personalized Jewelry
  • Used Items/Items That Have Been Damaged/Broken
  • Custom Made Items

 

Shipping Costs: Please note you will have to send back the items on your own. Feel free to ask us about postage credits as we do offer a credit up to $10 to offset the cost of your postage. We recommend shipping back your items using USPS Priority Mail as it is quick, affordable and will cover any damaged
