Warranty and Delivery Protection



We stand behind every ring, bracelet, necklace, anklet and part we craft and our commitment to making everyday affordable jewelry pieces on par with luxury brands. If your jewelry has any defects in workmanship or materials within 90 days, we will gladly replace your defective item with a brand new replacement. Please note this warranty does not cover loss of an item, everyday wear and tear or or lack of care. 


    Broken / Lost / Stolen Packages Policy

    We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and packages may get lost or damaged. Here's what you need to know:

    Lost Packages: Although rare, If your package seems to have stopped tracking or simply hasn't arrived, don't worry! Please contact us at Info@1oaks.com and we'll investigate on your behalf with the shipping carrier. We might ask you a few questions to help us understand what happened. If we can't find your package, we'll work together to find a solution, which might include a replacement or a refund.

    Damaged Packages: If your package arrived damaged or something inside is broken, please let us know within 3 days. Take some pictures of the damaged box and items, and send them to us at info@1oaks.com along with your order number and we'll figure out the best way to make things right.

    Stolen Packages: If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered however you are unable to locate it or if you suspect your package was stolen, please report it to your local carrier first. After that, reach out to us within 3 days and we'll see what we can do to help you locate your package or attain a replacement.
