OUR WARRANTY POLICY

Our hand-crafted pieces should be able to meet your complete satisfaction and we will make every effort to repair/replace all products purchased from us only due from.

Due to the hand-forged & Hand made nature of some products, if defects in workmanship and materials occur, the product will be replaced at our discretion within 30 days of notice. If the product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a product similar to its design and or to its comparable value.

No other change from the original order is permitted under the warranty.

If the product is damaged or worn out beyond repair due to Damages resulting from improper handling, normal wear & tear or lack of care are not covered by our 30 day warranty.

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) before replacing them. If the item(s) are deemed unfit for re-sale due to inflicted damages, Damages resulting from improper handling, normal wear & tear or lack of care i.e. water damages. We reserve the right to deny a return, replacement, repair or refund.

 

  

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your 1oaks.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unused, and unaltered & are in new condition.

 

TIMING FOR A RETURN

To receive your refund to your original method of payment, your online return must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
